Bound Order of the Zodiac Hexagram
Five Zodiac Beings from the galaxy. They have each have one magic power: Earthen, Fire, Water, Air, and Spirit. In a pact, the planet Saturn gave the Zodiac Beings as protection to the Great Witch to secure and protect his heir, when the Great Witch foresaw his own assignation. Saturn warned that the beings must remain free, but when the vespercestors ordered someone to bind them on earth the vespercestors diverted the Zodiac’s purpose by prophesying a Vespercestors’ Verdict in retaliation to the Grim Warlock’s 13th Hour. The vespercestors claim the Bound Order of the Zodiac will someday punish the Conjuring Crone and the Grim Warlock and everyone who does not follow the ways of the Ancient Vespercestors.
The binding of the Zodiac beings on earth violated Saturn’s pact with the Great Witch, so as a punishment, Saturn sent a sixth Zodiac Being to earth, a being called Death. Then someone stole Death’s Vial of Mortal Plague, a vial containing the worst epidemic plague that ever existed. The Grim Warlock could release it in the Bermuda Triangle and use it as a weapon of mass destruction. It could spread outside the enchanted barrier into the Atlantic Ocean bringing mass casualty to the entire world.

A dwarf is a short but stocky humanoid with an inconsistent body proportion and minimum magical abilities. The undomesticated dwarves live in mountains, mines, or caves. Domesticated dwarves are employed as workers at Mystic Steeples and other Sanguinati establishments, and sometimes they serve as Familiars to witches.
Earthen Being
Also known as Gaia [jee-uh], the First Being in the Bound Order of the Zodiac Hexagram. In the galaxy, she is a constellation, but in human form, she is the personification of the Earth, Mother Nature, and Mother Earth.
Gaia’s magic instrument is the Horn of Taurus, a cornucopia, or Horn of Plenty — a symbol of Earth’s bounty and nourishment created when Hercules fought with the constellation Taurus and broke off one of his horns. According to the vespercestors, the Grim Warlock stole the Horn of Taurus, so the vespercestors cannot sound the Horn when the Vespercestor’s Verdict begins. Someone must find the horn if Earth can provide protection to the worthy.

Fairy
Fairies (plural).
A tiny and magical being similar to an elf, except it has insect-like wings, loves to sing and can fly. Fairies can be helpful to humans, but they often behave defensively when they feel threatened. Fairies constantly produce glowing magical dust under their wings, and witches collect this dust for various purposes. In their natural habitat, fairies often live in forests where they hold council meetings inside the fairy rings they build, often out of mushrooms, to judge the affairs of humankind. Even though they resemble tiny beautiful humans, people frequently confuse fairies with brownies, gnomes, elves, pixies, kobolds, sylphs, and sprites.
Faun
A human/goat hybrid, usually, either wise or mischievous. Both male and female fauns have human upper bodies with legs and hooves of a goat.
Both male and female fauns have goatlike ears and beards, but mostly the male fauns have horns.

A tall, bony, humanoid creature with the head and feet of a horse that lurks in the mountains and forests. It has disproportionately long limbs, to the point that its knees tower above its head when it squats down. Fipinfeters often unnerve humans and confuse their travel routes, causing the humans to return to their prior location. Only wise witches have learned to bypass this route confusion by walking backward whenever encountering the shocking creature.
Fire Being
Also known as Sethlans. The second being in the Bound Order of the Zodiac Hexagram. (Sethlans rhymes with best lens or west winds,) and he is the Zodiac Being representing the element Fire; therefore, he can cause catastrophic fires or stop them.
Sethlans’s magic instrument is the Lamp of Eternal Flame. According to the vespercestors, the Grim Warlock stole the Sethlans’s Lamp of Eternal Flame. Someone must find this instrument, or Fire will not be able to light the sun during Perihelion, or the eternal flame torches that light the catacombs, chambers, garbage urns, cauldrons, or censers. In fact, the sun could turn black for eternity.

Imps are small gargoyle-like creatures that love to sit on people’s stomachs while they are sleeping or recovering in hospital beds, or they hide among architecture. Devilish, they enjoy mischiefs and deceiving people, so they sometimes become Familiars to witches who practice black or grim magic. Imps can only be killed or kept at bay with spells or enchantments. Grim witches or warlocks often trap imps into the roles of Familiars by keeping the creatures bound inside glass witch balls, or magic boxes where the warlocks can summon the imps whenever needed. However, the Master must release the Imp before he or she dies or the Master would become an Imp as a karmic repercussion.

*See Air Being: Also known as Iris, a Herald and the fourth being in the Bound Order of the Zodiac Hexagram.

They hide their money in trees and holes in the ground using the path of the rainbow, which they can conjure at will, as land markers. If humans ever spot them hiding their treasures, leprechauns love to engage the humans in trick questions in order to hypnotize them, making the humans think they have taken their treasure.
Leviathan
An enormous eel-like sea monster with long tongues and sharp teeth.
Lobnoggins
Lobnoggins are male and female humanoids with severed heads. They keep their heads girded around their waists by tying their long hair like cingulums (belts).
Ancient history suggests that Lobnoggins were once witches who were beheaded by superstitious Nizzertits (non-witches). Angry because of their fate, they prefer to dwell in caves or in deeper regions like the Cruxvein Abyss and, as such, have become primitive and defensive of their territory.
Nearly blind and deaf, they can still see and hear with their severed heads but only around a twenty percent capacity.

Pixie
Pixies are smaller than fairies are and much more childlike in their love of fun and silliness. They have skinny legs and arms but round tummies, and they feed on nectar and pollen to fuel their high metabolisms. They have a smaller lifespan than humans have, so the female pixies lay eggs quite often. Unlike fairies, pixies cannot fly, but they swing on vines and jump very high using leaves and tree limbs as springboards. They also travel on the backs of birds when they need to travel far. Pixies make their clothes out of leaves, feathers, insect wings, and found fabric.

Pterodactyl
A flying pterosaur with wings of skin and a long beak with sharp teeth.

Sylph
Sylphs are female elemental beings who inhabit the air. They are nearly impossible to see without magic, but they have wings and are the height of most full-grown women. They are attracted to the energy generated by witches and will serve as guides in magical growth if the witch’s motives are pure. If a sylph approves of a witch, she will brush him or her with her wings.

Vampire
Vampires are humans who have become cursed undead beings who need to feed on the blood or life essence of living creatures to thrive.
Water Being
Also known as Nethuns or Neptune, the Third Being in the Bound Order of the Zodiac Hexagram representing the element Water. In the galaxy, he is a constellation that controls the oceans, rivers, often causing or preventing earthquakes, but in human form, he is the personification of Earth’s bodies of water — a gray-haired male with a curly beard.
Nethuns created the enchanted barrier around Hoopenfangia, a barrier known as the Bermuda Triangle, or Devil’s Triangle. Nethuns watched over the Great Witch and early Hoopenfangian settlers on their way to the country and provided the lustral water for use ceremonial purifications.
The Trident of Nethuns is a three-pronged spear and sacred weapon Nethuns used to fight off negative forces, cause tidal waves and sea storms. According to the vespercestors, the Grim Warlock stole the Trident of Nethuns, which somebody must find, or the magic barrier surrounding Hoopenfangia, in the Bermuda Triangle, could be broken, allowing Nizzertits to potential invade and start witch killings again.

Werewolf
A cursed condition where a human transforms into a powerful wolf creature during a full moon. The curse can spread if the werewolf bites or claws a human.
Wiggiwamis
Wiggiwamis originated when witches hexed other human beings for eavesdropping on their private incantations, thus they became earless. The more evolved Wiggiwamis can read lips.
They are blood drinkers, but cannot detect a witch until they gnaw them, and the blood burns in their mouths. They make grunting sounds, and their eyes glow.
Scattered mostly in the Bogamuckla and Diabolishire region, they are viewed as bottom-feeding, hybrids with no magic. Many live in forests and caves, while the more evolved, human-looking hybrids can almost blend with Nizzertit society.

*See the Bound Order of the Zodiac Hexagram. Five zodiac beings with diverse magic: Earthen, Fire, Water, Air, and Spirit solicited by the Great Witch from the galaxy to protect his heir. And after a Stargazer bound the beings on Earth and their powerful instruments were stolen (as warned by the planet Saturn), Saturn sent a sixth zodiac being, Death, so the vespercestors scrambled to find a way to bind Death before his judgment fell on Hoopenfangia. The vespercestors claim the Bound Order of the Zodiac (now used as the Sanguinati’s guard dogs) will punish the Conjuring Crone and the Grim Warlock and everyone who does not follow the ways of the Ancient Vespercestors.
Zombie
A person or animal that seems alive because they walk and/or talk (usually awkwardly), but they are actually dead.
