His chest's left side is slightly sunken, and his dark hair is kept cut in a greasy bob to his earlobes. He often holds his spectacles to his puffy, tortured-looking eyes. Harwin tends to gawk at people he dislikes and looks around as if he sees things others cannot. He always has a book under his arm or in his pocket.
